We analyse your form, dig into your movement patterns, and treat the root causes of inefficiency or discomfort - not just the symptoms. That might look like cueing your arm swing, treating a grumbly knee, refining your stride, or rebuilding your training load. And, we do it with you, in real time.
We also talk about the why.
From understanding your injury to building load properly for your next block, we’ll guide you through what your body is doing and how to respond (is it just a niggle, or something more? Should you push or pull back?).
The goal is to empower you with the knowledge to keep running strong, for longer.
We don’t send you away with generic printouts.

Easing into form work? This is the one. A small-group workshop designed to help you understand your running form (and how to improve it).We’ll break down the key elements of your stride, work through practical cues to feel the difference, and guide you through the changes with filming and real-time insights. You’ll learn what to look for, what to feel for, and how to carry it into your own training.You'll leave with sharper awareness, better form, and a plan moving forward (plus a few moments where it clicks). These workshops are designed for those seeking a light-touch - a bit of guidance to move better, faster, and stronger. In a six-person group, so there's room to move, ask questions, and get tailored advice. Watch out on Instagram for workshop dates - limited spots available. That’s me - Shai Patel.
It’s pretty simple. After a decade as a physiotherapist - working across elite sport, neuro, paediatrics, and the clinic - and a lifetime on the track, [RE]RUN was inevitable. I started sprinting at age 10, eventually shifting to longer distances in my 20s. And then, a few years ago, I broke my leg, three complete fractures, and had to relearn the skill I’d had all my life: running. That was the spark.
Most of the form and performance work you see is reserved for elites - Olympians, pros, people with a whole team. But the rest of us? We run around our jobs, our families, our lives - and, with that dedication, maybe care as much (if not, more).
[RE]RUN is about more than form change. It’s about education, load literacy, injury smarts, efficiency, and honest support. It’s about performing the way you want to. And, knowing whether that ache is a niggle or a warning sign. It’s about putting elite insight in reach without gatekeeping or gimmicks.
I like to work with you on-the-spot; tell you what I see, and I think, as it comes through. So that you’ll leave each session clear, confident, and ready to move forward. And ideally, you won’t need me forever. That’s the goal.
